Drop-in Advising

NOTE:  Effective immediately, all traditional drop-in advising services are being hosted virtually.  Please contact Academic Advising Services via email or phone for more assistance.   Students/individuals should always call ahead to make sure the services they are expecting are available. This is especially important during the cold winter months.

Academic Information Management (AIM)

Academic Information Management provides several services for the College of Letters & Science which include: working with L&S undergraduate departments to make sure courses are counting for all students; assisting with inaccurate degree audits; assisting in the use of L&S DARS; providing help in analyzing the impact of curricular changes; and helping in aggregating information regarding student degree progress.

The College of Letters & Science awards undergraduate scholarships and prizes throughout the academic year through the L&S Undergraduate Scholarships Office. This office manages the scholarship applications and awarding processes.

Undergraduate Research Scholars (URS) Program

The Undergraduate Research Scholars Program (URS) is an academic-year long class in which first- and second-year undergraduates get hands-on experience working with UW faculty and staff on research or other creative endeavors.
